so I started with the round container on the bottom (body butter from body shop).
I wasn't sure what I wanted to make out of it...but I decided to make some coasters and cover the container.
I cut chipboard circles that would fit into the container & I found some big cork circles at JoAnne's (4 for a $), they had magnets on the back but I just pulled those off. I xyron-ed the pieces together & smoothed the edges out with a file.
I painted the circles black & covered the tops with laminated paper from the black & white paper pad. Each piece I used had a foil design.
I covered the container with some flocked paper & added rhinestones.
Wrapped a ribbon around...ta-da...it's done! Makes a cute hostess gift!
This new feature is forcing me to think creatively. I have written before about the kind of consumer I am...I am not in the habit of reusing things...I always prefer 'new' things but this is teaching me to see creative possibilities in places where I would have never looked before! It's been fun!
Have a great week!

That is indeed cool. Great little last minute gifts to keep around.
