I am standing on a table in my office trying to get a good shot. It felt a little shaky but it held me...(please notice how clean it is!!)
This week was about growth for me. I had to do something that I wasn't looking forward to & had been putting off...I got done, it just took trust, willingness, a little courage and some action on my part. Everything worked out fine & I was just making a bigger deal out of it...very typical of me!
The orange background is an 6x8 canvas panel that I painted & then drew on with a white pen.
In Photoshop I blurred the background of this photo so the subject (me) would stand out & give me a more solid background so reading the font would be easier.
I needed a good amount of room to journal on this one so I made 2 flips under the panel.
I used paper from the Sunshine collection to cover the back panels, bright fun florals. I attached the flips with a scored strip of paper.
I used the layered flowers soft spoken. These are sooooo popular...Renee designed them!
I stitched around the page & used a chipboard swirl from one of our 12 x 12 kits. And of course rhinestones!!!
I really do love this project! This week I liked focusing on myself and what was going on with me & not necessarily an event. I am learning more about who I am with this project and I am making at least one layout a week which is much more then I could have said a few months ago!

I love it, keep it up missy :)

I love this scrap page and wish you would do a tutorial on how to attach the extra pages. Do you then have to slip it out of the plastic insert to read what you wrote or do you cut a piece out of the plastic protector as well. Keep up the good work! Eileen
